+ Frank Chi Frank is a strategist specializing in political communications, graphic design and social media. He’s launched new brands and websites for organizations like Operation FREE, 80 Million Strong for Young American Jobs, and the Feminist Majority Foundation. In 2008, Frank’s “superdelegates” videos on behalf of the College Democrats of America won a Pollie award for best use of YouTube by a youth organization. The Washington Post called it “an example of how interactivity has led to greater accountability” in politics.

Prior to launching Chi Donahoe Cole + Duffey, Frank worked at the political media consulting firm GMMB on behalf of clients like the Clean Energy Works Campaign, the Sierra Club, and Obama for America. Frank also served as communications director for the College Democrats of America during the 2008 presidential primaries and as online communications director for Maine Governor John Baldacci. A native of New Haven, CT, Frank holds a degree in Government and African-American Studies from Bowdoin College.
